Refund & Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Policy below govern the relationship between you, the client and us (TRAVELOUS INDIA) bound by all details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.

• 30% cancellation charge of the package cost before 30 days of the travel date.
• 50% cancellation charge of the package cost before 15 to 30 days of the travel date.
• 100% cancellation charge of the package cost before 15 days of the travel date.
• No cancellation and no refund will be made in case of bad weather or landslide and natural digester and political strike and any kind of closure.
• All cancellations are to be communicated in the written mail.
• There is no refund due to any pandemic or virus attack situation.
• Cancellation of Air Fare is depend upon Airline  Policy.
• Cancellation of Train ticket is depend upon IRCTC Policy.
• There will be no Refund for Volvo / Bus Tickets.
• Apart from Cancellation amount 10% of the total amount will be charged extra as files charges if any guest cancel there trip before the cancellation period.

REFUND POLICY :-

•         Any refund will be processed only after 15 working days from the booking cancellation date.

NOTE :-

• All disputes are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
• Any Loss of Goods / Life and belongings during the tour TRAVELOUS INIDA. are not responsible for that. Clients are joining the tour at their own risk and responsibility only.
